Who's behind this site
Arizona Home Report is operated by ottomatik[ai]. We track home sale prices and market data from Arizona county public records — starting with Maricopa and Pinal Counties.
How we make money — plainly
When you request a home valuation, we connect you with one licensed local real-estate agent who serves your area. That agent compensates us for the introduction. We work with exactly one agent per territory, they are identified by name and license number on the pages they serve, and your information is never sold to anyone else or shared with multiple competing agents.
The data
The data itself is free and stays free. Sold prices come from public Affidavits of Property Value recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder (A.R.S. § 11-1133). Property characteristics come from the Maricopa County Assessor. Our statistics are computed automatically from those records, and the written commentary is fact-checked against them — general information, not advice from a licensed professional.
Sales recorded with an exemption under A.R.S. § 11-1134 have no public affidavit and are not included; sold data is therefore not a complete census of sales.
Who writes here
Content is produced by the Arizona Home Report Data Desk — a team that pulls statistics from county public records and writes plain explanations of what they mean for Arizona homeowners. Every article is fact-checked against the source data before publication. See our editorial standards.
